Glowing animation effect

Today I decide the next project that I am going to start working on it is a combination of this VIDEO an this VIDEO. I am taking a clip of a guy skateboarding and am going to trace over it with the glowing effect and fill in everything tan delete the bottom video layer so it will be a seperate
cartoonish animated video and should have a pretty cool effect.
