Today I learned a lot of new things in after effects I learned how to paint and have it so its on its own layer so I will be able to delete the video from the back and have just the lines I have also learned how to add effects just too my brush without effecting the whole project this allows for me too add glows and fills and many other cool effects I watched a different video that was alot more usefull for me the nba lights tutorial the guy was using shape layers witch is still a bit to complicated for me and this  VIDEO  he is able to have the same sort of effect by just using the brush and he is doing it over a video and not pictures witch is a lot more useful for me.

Today I decide the next project that I am going to start working on it is a combination of this  VIDEO  an this  VIDEO . I am taking a clip of a guy skateboarding and am going to trace over it with the glowing effect and fill in everything tan delete the bottom video layer so it will be a seperate cartoonish animated video and should have a pretty cool effect.

Today I finished my line art edit effect on the clip from ruka and had some difficulties exporting it i should be able to post that tomorrow but i have decided to take some of the skills I learned from that tutorial to make something more advanced like this  Video  and combine my intro and maybe make and outro and combine it all together using some of the diffrent skills that I learned.

Today in after effect I decided to try and learn how to do the glow effect you see every once and a while in instagram dance videos and such and I am trying to bring that editing style in to ski edits because I really like the effect it gives i took a certain clip out of one of my favorite ski edits by a company called faction the edit stars my favorite skier alex hall and i will be adding the glow drawing effect from this tutorial  HERE

today I learned how to add different effects and animations to text and different objects in after effect. I finished most of my intro that I was working on it came out okay but I was mainly focused on learning the different tools and effects rather than trying to perfect it I know my next project will turn out alot better but for now I am happy with what ive made.

Today in class I started watching / making a intro clip in after effects I've had quite a few hiccups as this program is a lot harder to use than I thought the tutorial that I am following  HERE . I have slowly been learning the basics, and am going to continue to progress and learn more today was more for just getting used to the program than making the intro but by tomorrow i should have my first intro in after effects done.

Today we had a few technical difficulties, the first computer I tried using wasnt able to run minecraft after trying for a while so I went a few computers down than I could run minecraft. The second issue is me and Ashton were unable to connect via lan so Ashton created a realm at that point class was over, Hopefully tomorrow we will get started on building.

Today is the first day of working on the office minecraft project but Ashton wasn't here today so instead I watched a YouTube video so I can learn some new strategies at making slideshows on premier pro  The Video  In this video he teaches you how to do transitions blur a background photo and even move the video over a timeline. Hopefully tomorrow ashton will come to class and we can start on building.
